Should I even bother?? Is it worth being rich at 58?? Seriously, I would like to know what you youngsters think?

When you turn 68 what are you going to tell yourself?

"Gee I am sure glad I didn't bother working hard when I was 58"

"Wow, thank goodness I got my act in gear, my life would still be average if not for my turn-around"

I know a man. 85 years old. In a wheelchair... Just rolled a 1031 exchange into a 40 million dollar commercial building. He has big plans for it and it is just one of his many properties. The game is never over while the mind is sharp. Fun stuff!

The older you get the better business gets. There are some perks. Make no mistake it is a choice. The best years can either be behind you or ahead of you. It's not just about money. It is about the way you approach life.

I really enjoyed the course actually. It's exactly what's needed to set off in the part-time freelancing direction. Taken a few courses before...
