I've been waiting a while to hear about this and finally got accepted to a very competitive program at a prestigious university in Canada. The program is 2 years and you can be making 90-100k right out of school. Salaries range from 90k to 200k+ with experience. I want to take this program as you are virtually guaranteed a job upon graduation. There's huge demand for this job.

The only thing is I just started a business.
Do you think I'll be able to run a business and go to university at the same time?

It really depends on the course curriculum/degree.

1. Don't know you.
2. Don't know the business.
3. Don't know the college.
4. Don't know the degree.

Answer: Don't know.

Advice: College is similar to a full-time job. A full-time job is similar to being a part-time entrepreneur. A good entrepreneur will figure it out. And if you can't figure it out, school is probably right for you anyways. Make it work.

The course is mostly physics, and math, with some thermodynamics. It's a type of engineering.

Generally spoken... Not to bad to know stuff in these areas. Will put you in a better position to understand complex things in the future.

If it helps your business/future ? Here:

1. Don't know you.
2. Don't know the business.
3. Don't know the college.
4. Don't know the degree.

Answer: Don't know.

Try doing both, if one of them does not work then you choose which one to prioritize. What is the topic of your business? Something related to what you are going to study?

Go to college.

It's the place where people that don't know what they want to do go.

That's you.

Business can wait.

Thank you for your responses! I appreciate it.

I've decided. I need a new environment. I think moving out to go to university in another province will be good. The cost will be 30,000$ and that's what i'm not sure about. My dad just told me he can't pay for any of it. However, I can make it work. School will be my top priority but I will still continue with my business. I will probably outsource a lot of business tasks to make it easier to do both. Overall, I am excited for the future!
