Hi,
decided to make an introduction as I've recently been lurking more on the forums.
I'm from Norway and got into the whole "self-improvement" thing when I was 19-20, and that led to me getting interested in business/entrepreneurship.
I was messing around, not really taking much action for a couple years while still in university. Eventually I decided to start a marketing/webdev agency and got a couple clients.
I was still only half-assing things. On a call with a coach I was considering hiring once, I was asked "well how many hours a day do you work on acquiring new clients?"
Ouch. That's when I realized I was a half-a$$.
Anyway, I kept half-assing, while living off student loan and grants. Eventually I started working part time as a tutor, and that sparked a period of transformation where I decided I wanted to build a serious business, which could give me money + time, and would be scalable and sellable down the line.
I finished my BSc while giving birth to my new tutoring business, this time around taking it serious.
Fast forward to now and I have a handful of tutors (sub-contractors) and just hired our first administrative employee. I am doubling down on the business.
Therefore I am here - to keep my mind on business, hold myself accountable and to keep learning.
I want to scale the business and sell it for a sum large enough to technically retire.
I've come a long way since I picked up TMF way back then, but I still have a long way to go.
