I'm looking to generate more income streams. I have a successful physical business selling aggregates to customers across the UK. I'd like to expand my product range into different areas and I'm not really sure how to approach it.

Does it sound a bit odd that a haulage business you use and have a good relationship with randomly tries to sell you web design or marketing, for instance?

The beauty of my business is the relationships we build with my clients and I know this can be used for cross sales. Customers of mine are customers for life and I need to provide value in whatever the product is.

How would you guys attack it?
