Uh what? bitcoin doesn’t allow for any data to be stored in the blockchain, as far as I know

edit: it appears you can store additional data in the blockchain, but I fail to see how this impacts It’s usefulness or value as a currency for medium of exchange or store of value...?

At worst this would affect the miners, not users, since users don’t download the full blockchain, usually.
