So this is what's been happening lately, in my country there are some good self made authors
I have been reading most of their books for the last 10 donkey years.
Mostly on self help in terms of business and self employment ,the country's history itself and culture and languages.
I can see that this authors are looking for ways to sell this books or showcase to the whole nation , by posting on social media platforms running empty seminars and so fort,
they still don't have good audiences .
And even their pages on FB have less followers.
So I have come up with an idea that, what if I can advertise this books ?
How can I do that?
This is what I have came up with!
I have created a page on Facebook ,its based on a topic very popular in my country.( FYI I didn't want to mention that's why I opt to state TOPIC) Please do Ask me About my page
and I will invite you to it.
I am trying to make this page unique & better than some pages which already been created by others.
They have followers like less than 200 to 300 on average.
So what if I break that benchmark and have between 1k - 1million followers on my page?
Is this a good idea?
I have driven traffic to my page. On how to drive the traffic to my page is an another battle but i have prepared a strategy already.
From there since I'm the Administrator, I be able to advertise these books on my page to the nation.
But globally? You may wonder.
Here is one of the books I read? titled: The Missing Path.
I have already created the script for it.
It took me a month to write down.
What I like about it!
is that it truly captures all students(kindies to college)/employees/unemployed/self employed people
and doesn't mention about my country but globally in general .
I want the world audience to feel that the video is for them too.
The reason is that ,I am trying to also create a channel on YouTube .But I don't have a lap top and a video maker, I am still trying to source it but budget is tight.
It will be the first book I will showcase on YouTube.
So if I have the audience on my FB page I will divert them to You Tube for the Videos,
and hopefully my national audiences can share it to the world.
So What's your opinion is this worthy?
I have not come into contact with this authors as yet.
What should I do?
Should I do this one book for free first? or give the author a proposal that when I advertise, I am eligible 5% for each sale made on hard and soft copies.
Please I need advice from all of you? or MJ
The books are sold for $40 and if he makes 100000 sales..
He will be $4million richer , from sleepless night of writing.
And for me : $ 200,000 from scratches.
But if I scale my ideas to 5 other authors for their books to be advertised
Estimated: $ 200,000 x 5 = $1000000 from nowhere
