    potential business to pursue

It seems logical with the low interest rates on mortgages and many people likely moving/remodeling in near future.

    potential business to pursue

There has to be a way to install a tracking device into the dumpster where it is hidden since they're thousands of dollars. You make a valid point on the loss of income from a stolen dumpster which would lead me to think you'd need to be diligent in understanding exactly the process of insurance...

    potential business to pursue

A prototype as well as being competitive with pricing when approaching a buying agent should be enough to have them consider purchasing. On your idea of have rental dumpsters couldn’t you require customers to purchase insurance or have it built in to pricing?

    potential business to pursue

I'm about to move to San Diego and of course you won't see many sun faded signs there because its some of the most consistent climate in the world. I'm talking Las Vegas or maybe Lake Havasu etc.

    potential business to pursue

So i do a lot of driving maybe over 25k -30k miles some years doing deliveries as one job. I'm also a Mortgage Loan Officer and invest in real estate but i enjoy getting out of the house and doing something so i do deliveries. Being out and about i really see lots of sunfaded signs (Las Vegas)...

    potential business to pursue

Actually my brother is an automotive painter and has been for decades he could maybe help to find a way to coat the signs and make them last longer. It's a great way to be optimistic about having the whole world as a customer. I do think it might only appeal to extreme heat areas like Las Vegas...

    potential business to pursue

I'm curious if someone could do street signs because i have seen a stop sign so faded its more white then red which could be dangerous. The profit margin seems to be good. Thanks for your help.

    potential business to pursue

You are absolutely right. It has crossed my mind to offer signs with more longevity it just seems they'd have to take word for it or have some sort of warranty/replacement for sign. I have not tried to solve the problem. I know I'll just have to take action and figure it out as I go although...

    potential business to pursue

I've noticed Nevada and some in Arizona that the desert heat takes its toll on signs everywhere leaving them illegible. I do plan to move back to California where this business may or may not be as lucrative. I'm wondering does someone have any experience or advice on obstacles that might...

From real estate to business owner

    INTRO
Sounds like you're doing well and like you said you need to move faster. I think that's cool you bought a delivery and maybe it didn't go as planned but its progress to learning. I also want to move faster as i bought my only rental property in 2018 which I am about to sell but have been happy...

Business Ideas for the (emerging) stay-at-home Economy?

    HOT! IDEA
I was thinking of maybe starting a business in cleaning offices and maybe home and just wondering roughly what the cost of starting one could be with purchase of vehicle if needed?

Real Estate Job vs starting business

    INTRO
NYCGoblin I think that's good advice, I've already reached out to company i interviewed with that did paid training but its suspended due to Covid19. They're sending me email of approved providers through NMLS to be a loan officer.

Real Estate Job vs starting business

    INTRO
That is an insane amount of money to be putting into an app without ROI. Believe it or not i had the idea of a food delivery app before all those existed but it was useless without coding skills/funding/marketing. I think you have a very valuable skill and it can allow you to pursue your ideas...

Real Estate Job vs starting business

    INTRO
I'm thinking only of REI on the side and contemplating new career path. I want to pursue a real estate related job such as the MLO position but my research tells me they work well over 40 hours per week which is a lot to me. I figure i could go MLO route or be self employed (doordash) to pay...

Real Estate Job vs starting business

    INTRO
Hello, i'm not new to the forum but i have been gone a while and i have a tough decision on whether to pursue Mortgage Loan Officer job or try scaling a business somehow. Since loan officers work more than 40 hours per week earn on avg and earn about 70k a year or so i figure i could work that...

    How I've Failed

    EXECUTION
What I see isn’t just I failed on this and this... I see someone who has kept trying and had the heart to get back at it again after their last attempt that hopefully they learned something from. Did you pursue or purchase any real estate on your goal to making $1,000 passive income? If not...

    Making an app

I have a technical person I trust who can help me with some of the work. I strongly agree with communication being as specific as possible. Again I know apps are maybe in some people’s minds outdated or maybe a website first could be another path to take. I just don’t want to be the person...

    Making an app

Yeah I’m probably going to read unscripted another time as I read TMF and unscripted back to back basically. I am a newbie no shame in that I’m not here to pretend. I have done wire frame for the idea. I’m not by any means asking for business ideas lol I was just asking for an example...
