    Youtube is definitely a grind. I started in February and am just hitting 650 subs with 3 videos a week. Not selling anything, just teaching and entertainment value.     What have you done for free? I would be posting on reddit, joining FB groups and posting comments etc and not just spamming the ad, post a BUNCH of pics on IG with different hashtags on each one, etc... Go hard for a week or two of free stuff and then add the money to it.
