    Print out a massive calendar of your year

    MINDSET 
    Just wanted to share something I started doing which has helped me. I printed a massive calendar of the year and put it on my wall. Each column is a quarter. Every night I cross out a day. I put stickies on big events. It helps me be very aware of where I'm at in the year. Q1 is almost over :)

    Does anyone "need" to workout to feel their best?

    On days that I don't work out or simply can't due to this or that, my mood just feels sub optimal. I'm not sure if it's "healthy" or not to sort of rely on it.
