    I don't think you're ever too old if you have a great idea. I'm almost 45 and am working on mine. Not easy to squeeze everything and find the time but age has nothing to do with that and is just a number. I've got more energy than some 20 year olds. (Just need my sleep though)

    Everyone's different. I used to say the same thing till I couldn't stand the SoCal sun burning my face every day and the lack of variety. I love nature's wrath in a way, clouds, lightnings, etc... as long as it doesn't create chaos. There's beauty in that too.

    Only response to that question: WTF. Finish HS then skip college if you feel like it. Unless you go to college to study hard sciences and need labs, equipments, etc.... or things that you can't afford to teach yourself and that are actual skills (a craft) then I'm all for skipping college.

    I don't think at will and a notice period are mutually exclusive. One could have a contract with a notice period requirement. If you don't have any you can even quit right away technically.
