    thanks you for the advice and a dose of reality. i posted this thread to get rid of my childhood beliefs that i was raised with. I now have a full picture of what it really takes to make it outside Africa. hard work, hard work and more hard work. Even if Voodoo does work, people who use it...

    your comment make 100% sense. thank you... But it also make sense to have such thoughts when ever since childhood all you have heard is, Luck, magic, voodoo, inheritance and more bull about how people get rich. As i speak most of africa believe in these things and have tons of stories.

Ask around buddy, you will be amazed of how most people are stuck in poverty because they think wealth is something...

    I see you point. belief drives one to be confident , which explains why some people perform well after they were told they were lucky. its all about approaching a situation with the mindset to win, heck if one feels motivated by Voodoo or rituals... they should go for it... thats if its not too...

    thank you for the feed back, i have read both MJ Demarco's books and they say nothing about luck and magic. but they do talk about numbers. growing up in a spiritual community, we are raised to believe in tales that don't exist. mybe i should relocate coz i think getting the F*ck of this...
