I am currently living in Dundalk - a small town of roughly 40k population, but most people are scattered around the region that has roughly 50k or so people living within a 50km radius.     Interesting idea - VR rooms and a gentleman's club. The only possible danger I see here is constant technology advancement and risk of becoming unpopular too soon - due to new VRs coming out etc., but that's just a thought; IMO VR setting-up costs would be minimal and require only 100sq metres tops.

    Thanks for replying! The entertainment centre could have a snooker, bowling, table tennis, indoor mini-golf, rodeo, climbing wall. Stuff for kids aged 3-12 such as a ball room, slides and a few swings and a few high quality cafes and restaurants for socializing purposes. Just some ideas.
