    Not really. From the title I was expecting some super crazy bad conditions. Looks fine to me. After all, the job is an option, you don't like it? Go get a job you'd prefer. Nice to see a balanced view of the place too, rather than exaggerated sensationalised headlines and all the rest of it.

    I fasted the first 3 days. Have done lots of IF'ing in the past but will definitely be experimenting with keto + IF for focus sake and see what happens. Why do you ask?

    Haha, haven't had any comments/reactions (that I noticed!!) just yet. To be honest even if my breath does stink (I actually think this is an over emphasised possible effect of keto from my reading) I would still be happy given on the diet if it means more focus/energy/clarity.
