What book are you reading? Right now. Post up!

    NOTABLE! HOT! BOOKS CHAT
When I look at free markets, I want what is best for the consumer(myself) and the access to these products. Mergers: These tend to be positive for the consumer as the two companies tend to bring their strongest assets/systems to the table and become more efficient and therefore decrease their...

What book are you reading? Right now. Post up!

    NOTABLE! HOT! BOOKS CHAT
Basic Economics, Fifth edition by Thomas Sowell Literally, mind blown during each and every chapter. Also, I've been pro-free markets... but could never rationalize properly why it is a better system. Thomas Sowell is great at doing this.

This is a great suggestion. I'll see if I can get in contact with any of these people. Thank you

New shoe for the physically disabled - working with a college

I could, that's what I will find out tomorrow when I meet with one of the professors. I am concerned about the problems that may occur when having a college be the center of planning and how things ultimately run. For instance, if myself and others believe that a person shouldn't be on the team...

New shoe for the physically disabled - working with a college

Howdy! It seems I have been MIA for nearly a year on this site! As a student physical therapist, I have just had my head in the books and there seemed to be no time to look up and forward to new business opportunities... UNTIL LAST MONTH I received an email from a business and...

    Why Ferraris Keep People Poor

    OFF-TOPIC
The last 5 minutes of this video is where all the gold is. I think those that have read MJ's books have a better understanding than most, but it's a great reminder for those who have yet to start and for those who are still finding their way in their own business ventures.

    IG Account with 350K Followers

    MARKETING
My initial thought is, no. I've got an account with 100K followers, $0 made(followers does not always mean money). It's not about the number of followers, but what the demographic is. My niche is all real, however, my account does not have much to sell that would work with the Instagram...

Instagram Marketing ($100K+ profit, 4M followers)

    MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA AMA
Nope! I threw in the towel to some extent. Instagram is still great if you are trying to promote your business, however, the game has changed. All but FollowLiker has essentially shut down and now FollowLiker is requiring a monthly payment, which I will not support. Anyways, I'm in talks with...

Hold or Sell?? 100k profit on Duplex

    HOT! REAL ESTATE
It depends on what you think will happen with the Real Estate Market in the next couple of years. Do you think your area is only beginning to grow in terms of wealth or do you think the house is way over priced? In my opinion, I would sell. I am under the impression that we are going into...

    Instagram + FollowLiker Journey

    SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTION
I think it would be a good time to make a bit of an update. As some of us already know, Instagram has been changing a lot, including how we gain followers. With that being said, I have stopped using FollowLiker and have been working on better networking to grow my following. I haven't had much...

Instagram Marketing ($100K+ profit, 4M followers)

    MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA AMA
I think there is a good portion of people on both sides of the isle, knowing and not. However, I think the more important question is whether Instagram knows, and if so, does it affect us. I think the answer is yes. *Cue the removal of Instagress* Instagram has always had its bots as well as...

Instagram Marketing ($100K+ profit, 4M followers)

    MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA AMA
I don't think anyone should be solely relying on Instagress or any automated service to drive their business. At best, Instagram should be used as another platform to advertise. The soul fact that Instagram can ban your account because they want to should prove that no one should rely solely on...
