Do you exercise in the morning, during the day, or at night?

    HEALTH
Yeah I believe everything in life is down to your mindset. If you can turn your mind into granite you can pretty much achieve anything. That's what I'd love to have. Everything else would come easier with that!

Do you exercise in the morning, during the day, or at night?

    HEALTH
Yeah I wish I was one of those people that really look forward to working out, but I think I'm just not wired that way. So everytime I have to have this mental battle where I push through the resistance, if I do, it's a good day. If I don't, then my lizard brain has won.

Do you exercise in the morning, during the day, or at night?

    HEALTH
I prefer to work out in the morning because i feel like the resistance from my brain is weaker than in the evening. It's a catch 22 though because i prefer working on my projects/business in the morning before work to and can only really fit one in so i often have to juggle the two. I'm up at...

The Journey To Six Figures - No More Excuses

    EXECUTION
Update : My update is embarrassing to say the least. I've realised that i got caught in the 'action fake' trap. Fiddling with my website, optimising my social accounts, all of that pointless stuff. When I should have been focusing things that actually move the needle - Revenue and getting...

Am I depressed, lost or just lazy?

    HOT! HEALTH
This was 100% me a few years ago. Everything I used to enjoy just seemed so bland. I ended up sleeping the days away for a good couple of months. I didn't want to take pills at the time so I went and paid for therapy, best thing I did!

Popups vs embedded sign up forms for email addresses?

Thats interesting, i personally hate those "spin to win" ones, but those numbers don't lie and that's what counts.

The Journey To Six Figures - No More Excuses

    EXECUTION
I've finally had enough. Enough of my lame excuses that i've been telling myself for the last couple years. "That won't work" 'It's been done before" "I wouldn't buy that" "Everyone is doing it" So at the weekend i wrote out my f*ck this list (thanks @UncommonWay ) and it made me realize that...

You've read the whole thread, but you've completely missed the point. What Kyle has demonstrated is taking action, learning and re-adjusting.
