What Part of the Process Requires Luck?
Well the 90% of businesses fail stat because people start useless businesses that are basically jobs: graphic designer, social media consultant, etc . Generaly there's no sure-fire way to talk about this because it's different for every business, that's why you should forget luck and stick to...- TreyAllDay

Are 5% yearly bonds/investments possible?
INVESTINGThank you - I meant to edit this a long time ago to clarify I meant a 5% bond paying monthly dividends. In MFL you mentioned something like putting a $10MIL nest egg into bonds and earning $41K/Month dividends. I've since learned a bit more in this area.- TreyAllDay

What were your BIGGEST mindset shifts since you became an entrepreneur?
MINDSETFor me: I remember thinking the best way to get rich was get a weekend job. I don't think I ever really considered that I was in control of my own life, mostly felt like a product of luck- the statement "You are who you choose to be" escaped me completely. Used to spend a ton of time on...- TreyAllDay

What were your BIGGEST mindset shifts since you became an entrepreneur?
MINDSETI think we would mostly agree that becoming an entrepreneur typically comes with major shifts in your mindset (unless you've always been entrepreneurial minded). I am curious to hear what your biggest shifts in behaviour, attitude, and belief have been? What were some of your most ridiculous...- TreyAllDay

HOT!Don't know if I would call him a piece of sh** lol. However, I tried listening to "Crushing It" audiobook on a 3 hour drive to a meeting last week (suggested by many in this forum) I turned it off after maybe 30 minutes. I don't know if I needed to listen longer but it seemed the book would be...- TreyAllDay

Ask Me Anything About SaaS ( I'm building my 7th )
GOLD! HOT! SAAS / APPSThank you very much! I have high hopes for this developer as he comes highly recommended, but the communication is definitely not there. As far as wordpress - I am seriously SO split. Apparently when I wrote my original question, I didn't exactly understand. The dev (and my canadian...- TreyAllDay

Ask Me Anything About SaaS ( I'm building my 7th )
GOLD! HOT! SAAS / APPS@eliquid I have a couple questions I would love your opinion on - and once again thanks for all the guidance you have provided us in this thread. 1) Did you/your partner ever build any SAAS in wordpress?? I have a developer I am contracting who swears it will work great. I do actually agree...- TreyAllDay

Grant Cardone, Alex Becker, Gary Vaynerchuck
HOT!Why I love grant: Teaching people how to hustle and why it's important, the importance of selling, taking responsibility for a sale/life, diversifying income. Whatever he's doing must work because he sure as hell turned his net worth around fast. That being said - he is quite rough around the...- TreyAllDay

Does MJ have a wife?
OFF-TOPICHate to admit it because I love my girlfriend to death, but I remember reading your book and hearing you talk about freedom with passivity: being able to leave for Vegas on a vacation at a days notice, etc and that really seemed awesome to me. With the nature of my business, I could...- TreyAllDay

How to Give Your Business an "International Presence"
SIDE HUSTLEYea I would agree there is line you cross. I've heard of people completely making up fake employees and "meet the team" pages. There is a level where you hit fraudulence and you are doing illegal things.- TreyAllDay

How to Give Your Business an "International Presence"
SIDE HUSTLEAnother thing I forgot to mention: 6) Choosing Metrics IE we started with 20 companies with about 2,000 company user accounts between them, allowing us to promote that we have 2,000 users - as opposed to "20 clients".- TreyAllDay

The biggest lie that you believed for most of your life?
NOTABLE! MINDSETThat the crust is the healthiest part of the bread, only realized that's not true 2 years ago. Thanks MOM. I would think the biggest belief is that your past determines your future - I had two very liberal sisters who always talked about how the "System" keeps people down so I assumed because...- TreyAllDay

How to Give Your Business an "International Presence"
SIDE HUSTLEJust thought I'd do a quick thread on a few interesting things I've done over the last year to make my business seem "bigger" than it is. I'm also curious if anyone has done anything similar, and how they boost the image of their business. When I first got started I was seeking to bring a few...- TreyAllDay

How deep does this "FAKE GURU" market actually go?
HOT!I still have no clue why but I just can't get into Gary Vee. Something about him comes across as unauthentic to me. Some of his videos just seem staged, I've seen vids of people asking him questions that legit seem like actors. And it seems so odd that someone is always recording him at every...- TreyAllDay
