    EXECUTION
There's guys in the UK earning £500 a day cleaning windows and they charge about £8 a house. You get the WFP system. You get residential signed up every month or every 2 months. You have other services offered like gutter cleaning which can be a yearly service. You get that system correct...

How to properly scale a cleaning business

    SCALING EXECUTION
As someone who used to own a cleaning business I would say a lot of it depends on your location and population size. I was in a small city under 100k population so I decided to diversify my services. Some guys near me specialised in a service like carpet cleaning and they had to add on extra...

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
I don't mind the cold. My favourite days are those cold sunny days. It's the constant wetness that drives me mad. When it rains here in the Algarve it's like a phenomenon. It pours down and the locals are out taking photos.

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Well I've finally moved to the Algarve, Portugal for now. It's rained one day in the whole month. Blue skies, warm days, cold nights. The thoughts of ever going back to Ireland would kill me. Can't believe I lived that life so long when I knew it wasn't for me.

wie kann ich mit 16 online Geld verdienen?

    INTRO
I am 16 years old and would like to earn money alongside my education. I don't want to have a 9 to 7 job for the rest of my life and therefore want to become financially independent. I live in Switzerland and am currently not very familiar with the laws. It shouldn't be dropshipping, trading or...

Thanks. Yes I'm noticing the same problem with them, even the Google Ads payments don't get paid haha. They all have payment problems except for my guy in the US. I was thinking of just doing the US. What niche do you think you'll go after now?

What was the most critical mind shift for you?

    HOT! MINDSET
Thinking long term instead of short term. You could be doing the right thing but you just haven't given it enough time to see results.

Are 20-40 Years Old More Lonely Than Ever?

    NOTABLE! HOT! PEOPLE
I agree with this. I'm 35 and have hardly any friends anymore. I've changed a lot in the last 5 years and have moved away from friend's I've known for over 25 years. No one I knew has started a business, goes to the gym regularly or prioritised their health. When I do see them or meet up...

Are you living in Spain or did you live there? I've always felt Spain was more advanced than Portugal. My plan b would be to start a cleaning business in one of those countries and Spain seems like a better place to do that because of the over all population and infrastructure.

    Dead-End Sh*t Jobs ... Yours?

    NOTABLE!
Installing fake grass with a Chinese guy in 40 degree heat when I live in Australia. The guy wouldn't even give me a break. Working in a Johnson & Johnson factory in my hometown and working with all the lazy brown nosers who knew how to play the bosses and get away with doing nothing. Most of...

We're still not sure where we're going to move to yet. It's a toss between Spain and Portugal. Spain seems like a better economy and where things happen in cities like Madrid and Barcelona and even Marbella/Malaga.

How would you improve your mindset?

    HOT! MINDSET
My favourite book on mindset is Psycho Cybernetics but reading only does so much. You can also read Tony Robbins books or get his audio program Personal Power 2. If you really want to improve your mindset then do something hard like start a business or go the gym. The consistency of doing hard...

Best Way to Learn Facebook Ads and Google Ads

    HOT! MARKETING
For me, Facebook ads is pretty easy. You make some ad copy, make a creative, set your targeting and you may make 5 or 6 ads, run them and then after a week you will see an ad that's a winner and you keep that running for a while. Then you can restart the process again. For google ads, you have...
