    Panda 3.3 Update

    MARKETING
Curious if anyone on here has had their serps affected by the Panda 3.3 update? Looks like people are blaming some of the high PR blog network links for their serp drops.

Just noticed this thread. Skimmed through it a bit and noticed that you mentioned Drupal is a big headache for you. I know how you feel. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had went with Wordpress, haha. But if you're still having problems, just post a job on Elance / Odesk. There's a bunch...

Sup bro's? What do you all need help with?

    WEB/DIGITAL
^^ Probably a great way to lose a lot of money fast. People would game the system, easily creating hundreds / thousands of fake accounts per day with bots.

    Outsourcing QUALITY Blog Content

    SOURCING WEB/DIGITAL
I've had good luck finding people that can write with experience on the subject of my niche just posting an ad on Craigslist, $5-$10 per article.

I've heard of people using a robots .txt file to keep those pages from being indexed, but how to do that's over my head. :\

Forgot to ad this yesterday (brain fart), but the reason for the 3 separate landing pages on your site should primarily be to track which ads are converting from phone calls. So obviously you'll need 3 phone numbers, one for each landing page. Just forward them all to your main number. Another...

It's probably your competitors flagging your ads, haha. I'm not sure Craigslist is the best place to try and drum up leads unless you're offering super cheap tax returns, which I don't believe you are. But if you want to test it, try making 3 identical landing pages on your site and 3...

    Backlink Indexing Case Study

    HOT! MARKETING
I included linklicious in the previous test and it was one of the worst performers (even the control group performed better), so I wouldn't be inclined to add it to the new test. And I believe lindexed pretty much uses the same method as linklicious to crawl / index links, so I'm not sure that...

    Backlink Indexing Case Study

    HOT! MARKETING
I too am now in this predicament. Had a guy on Fiverr create 20,000 forum profile links and now I realize that running them through BLE would literally take years to process. Doh! Guess I should have planned ahead for this, huh? So now it looks as though I need to test out some services...

    Adventure of a Lifetime

Probably a keyword in your post that sets off a spam filter; I've had that happen to me on a few occasions. I knew it was a specific keyword because once I took that keyword out, it allowed me to post. Sometimes nothing works and I just say eff it. =)

Meh. If people are doing their keyword research using this criteria, they're doing it wrong.

Where to Post Articles To Drive Traffic

    MARKETING
StumbleUpon & Digg are great for driving traffic, but my experience is that they're poor for converting that traffic though. Your mileage may vary.

    Anyone used Facebook Ads before?

First use the google adwords tool to see how many exact match searches there are for those keywords a month. Try to choose keywords that get enough searches a month but are also keywords that someone is looking to HIRE someone to do their taxes, not just searching for general information on...

    Anyone used Facebook Ads before?

That's definitely the best way to do it, but I'm assuming TaxGuy has already done that step since he's making on-site SEO changes. Either way, Rep++ for the reminder. =)

    Anyone used Facebook Ads before?

    WEB/DIGITAL
Make sure you do your keyword research FIRST, before commiting to those keywords! There's no sense in targeting keywords that only get 10 searches per month. And there's also no sense in going after keywords unless you can get in the top 3. If you need help with how to do it just PM me. And...
