Tin Foil Hat Time: Are Aliens Here?

    HOT! CHAT
I mean... this isn't too far off from the Christian idea that we are created by a being who is far more advanced than we are. What if we and our whole universe are just characters populated into a "video game world" by this being, and given properties like curiosity and factory limitations...

Praise in public. Criticise in private.

I think it goes back at least to Biblical times.

Are you an ENTP and wonder why you can't get things done when working for yourself?

    HOT! MINDSET
I am super intrigued. I've never heard of this. Ni Te Fi stuff. Where did you learn about this part of it, and how did you get to the point where you can accurately predict someone's personality? Any particular resources you'd recommend?

Are You A Spiral Learner or a Mastery Learner?

    MINDSET
Yeah, it's fascinating to think about how to apply this concept to the way I pursue entrepreneurship. I remember how I HATED my math book when I was in 4th grade. I was an indignant little 4th grader, protesting over the "idiots" who designed my math book. "It makes no sense!" I protested...

Are you an ENTP and wonder why you can't get things done when working for yourself?

This is amazing. I'd give you the maximum allowed rep+ for this post if there was still such a thing. I read through this absolutely mesmerized. I've never encountered another description that describes my daily experience with such pinpoint accuracy. Bravo! The idea of producing...

Missing Something - Need Your Perspective

    HOT!
I'm confused. This isn't your proprietary product, right? Is anyone getting sales for this product? Somebody has bought it, surely. And then there's this... I'm not understanding. Was this for something different? What about this $100k+ product is different from the no sales...

I love this! I've never heard these terms. I'm definitely a spiral learner. Soooo interesting!

Missing Something - Need Your Perspective

    HOT!
Sounds like marketing is the most likely culprit. If you're trying to market supplements, that's one of the most lucrative (and also one of the most difficult) niches to market effectively, as you're up against a ton of extra restrictions when it comes to facebook and other advertising...

¡Bienvenido! Since you worked as an engineer in the oil in industry for so many years, that's a good place to start. Have you noticed problems that no one else is solving yet?

    Any landing page platform suggestion?

    MARKETING
It's my understanding that the value of landing page builders such as lead pages or unbounce is for marketers who DON'T have good web design skills and would be waiting on the dev team to make minor changes to the landing page, like testing a new button color or headline copy. The marketer wants...

Tips for cold emailing for sales from experienced people

    MARKETING
Congrats on taking action. I'd say before you look into whether you're sending too little, you should look into getting a better response rate. 1,000 emails a month for 3 months is 3,000 emails. 0 responses out of 3,000 is pretty low, even for cold email. That leads me to believe the...

That's awesome. Thanks for leaking the little secret. I had no idea! Now the tables are turned and I'm over here feeling left in the dust like, "WAIT! I want to 8x MY income!!! Have I gotten complacent?" There's an old proverb that says, "Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the...
