Critique of outreach email for counseling services

FAX: I would do both. A different person will likely see it. Email timing: this is worth testing. Try sending this week's batch at one time, and next week's batch at a different time. See if there's any difference in open rates. If you add Streak to your gmail account, you can see who has...

    Some questions about web design

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE WEB DESIGN
Based on your line of questioning, I suspect that you're looking for the wrong thing. If you look in the right place for the wrong thing, you could end up missing the real thing that would have helped you. Shark's Teeth vs. Diamonds A few years back, I went with some relatives to a place...

Critique of outreach email for counseling services

Like @Jon L said, I think you'll get better results if you make it less "me" centered and more "you" centered. Here's my suggested rewrite. Subject: No Fee, No Waitlist, MVA Trauma Psychotherapy Alternate options: No fee opportunity for your MVA trauma clients Your clients with MVA trauma...

Strange, indeed, that a word would ever go against the basic laws of English pronunciation. ========================== I take it you already know of tough and bough and cough and dough. Others may stumble, but not you, On hiccough, thorough, lough and through. Well done! And now you wish...

Spotted: A violation of the commandments of Need and Value, exquisitely and hilariously roasted (pun intended) by James Hoffman. If you don't know who James Hoffman is, he's the author of The World Atlas of Coffee and has a youtube channel where he shares opinionated and pretentious videos in...

How to instill hard-working values in my kids

    OFF-TOPIC
Design a situation where the burden is on them to do the hustling. Do you buy their clothes? Do you buy their electronics? Do you buy the other things they want? Once I got to the age where I could babysit, my parents bought me one pair of tennis shoes and one pair of dress shoes either...

    STOP Your Mind From PROCRASTINATING!

    MINDSET
This is a fascinating point. Do you have a story of how you discovered this, or have you actually experienced procrastination being obliterated by identifying and handling your emotions? How do you do this?

Need Help (Even if i ask to a CPA ) Amazon FBA / Amazon KDP

I ran into this exact issue on Amazon within the last month. I called the IRS and confirmed the name and EIN that they had on file. I do have a SSN and my LLC is a single member LLC. I'm not sure if Amazon is trying to make it mandatory to file under my SSN, but I'm not going to do that...

Check out the youtube channel Stuff Made Here. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCj1VqrHhDte54oLgPG4xpuQ This guy has his own shop and a ton of good ideas of things to make. Seems like something that has a decent barrier to entry, as the equipment costs thousands of dollars.

Are you sure they weren't just acting clueless to test your wife's museum to see if they were the kind of people who would go in cahoots with art thieves or if they would do the right thing?

Bitcoin / Cryptocurrency Discussion (And Predictions)

    HOT! CRYPTO CHAT
Thank you for the great post. I agree with you and am bullish on Bitcoin. I was surprised, though, that it dropped from the $11,000 range. Why do you think this happened? Since you're good at reading sentiment, do you see any ramifications on Bitcoin one way or the other based on the results...

That's so terrible! So glad your grandpa got out of it before being fleeced. I've also heard of versions of this story where they claim that the grandkid is in jail and needs to be bailed out. Not sure if your grandpa would watch Kitboga or Jim Browning on Youtube, but their channels are very...

    HEALTH
When you feel like this, are there any emotions attached? E.g. fear or anxiety or pleasantness or indulgence or just a "blank" feeling? Does this get triggered by a certain type of day you know you're going to have, or is there any pattern you can detect around when this happens? (E.g. "I can...

Humble Hustle & Scaling My Agency - Progress Thread

    GOLD!
Oh man. I'm so sorry to hear about this. That must have been so stressful. I've heard of that happening to other people, where increasing the ad budget dramatically didn't work. I do want to point out, though, that even the lowest number it fell to was still 1.2 ROAS. Some companies are...

What High paid Skill is worth learning in 2020?

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
As a freelance copywriter, I agree that copywriting is salesmanship in print and that it gives you leverage on time. However, I do not think I would be an effective copywriter today if it were not for the fact that I was first very well trained in sales and spent two years selling a SaaS...

What High paid Skill is worth learning in 2020?

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
I would suggest learning sales. If you can sell, a lot of companies will pay you good money, but more importantly, you will develop the needed skills that you'll use if you start a business. No matter what type of business you start, you'll get your income through sales. If you can't get sales...

Logistics of pre-sales for a product that hasn't been manufactured yet

I mean - then I would just pay for ads. I realize I could be wrong about how I predict people will react when I pitch it to them. But based on the initial reactions I've gotten, I don't think I'm too far off in la-la-land to be expecting a positive reception. Yeah I can definitely consider...

Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads! More ads! More ads! PPC! Google Ads!

    MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA
If you have a local service, fliers can be a good strategy. For instance, a local business in my area provides a service only to 8 neighborhoods. Facebook's ad targeting doesn't get granular enough for them to run facebook ads without showing ads to a bunch of people who are outside their...
