    [Progress Thread] Scaling Websites

    HOT! EXECUTION WEB DESIGN
Hi, this is mostly a progress thread that I can look at and stay accountable to and hopefully look at in a year's time and see if and how my goals have been fulfilled. I abandoned my last progress thread which sucks, but I wasn't that invested into it - I didn't have anything to write about...

    MARKETPLACE
Hi, quick question. If I'd open a company with you, does that mean I can work in the US B2B? I'm a Software Engineer from a Non-EU Europe country, I currently work in a EU country B2B with my company in Slovakia so I'm wondering if this applies to the US as well. Thanks

Documenting my SaaS / PaaS journey

    EXECUTION
Hello, I am starting this thread mainly to have a journal that I can hopefully look at in a couple of months/years and smile at as I did with my 2023 goals journal (completed a few major goals already). I will document my journey of creating an application that I myself am not 100% sure what...

What would we consider a low CPC with a daily budget of $5?

Aha, we misunderstood each other - I was talking more about Ads and ad audiences rather than Etsy only. Yeah in the case of just selling on Etsy, it doesn't matter but I'm curious about targeting people with ads specifically.

Well of course it matters, no? If it doesn't then in theory if I target unmarried 25-year-old powerlifters in Zambia should I expect to get results? I'm sure people are buying these, the question is which people? Logically we'd need somebody with a female in their life/family or a guy who is a...

Interesting find :) Now I'm curious, who would be our target audience here? How would we sell this and to who? Who's in the market for gummybear walls? I'm not gonna use this but just curious about what you guys think about an audience for a product like this.

Thanks for the reply, that's pretty impressive. I also like the example, people on this forum really do have a way with words that I haven't heard IRL. Maybe it's a small thing but I'd never hear people talking the way they do here. Best wishes on your journey!

How to Create a $2k+/mo Passive Income Website in 30 Days (or Less)

    GOLD! HOT! EXECUTION
Hi, first of all great post! I've got a question. When you say "Product creation" do you mean actually recreating the digital product itself? Or just creating a product listing on the page? Since you're talking in very short amounts of time, I'll assume it's the latter, but I want to be on the...

When people say personal training is oversaturated

    IDEA QUESTION
True, but the big plan is to go online. The service has a good pool of potential clients, but as mentioned in the book with the coffee shop example, it's limited. Going online is hard, but very possible. I'll have an easier time going online with a bunch of testimonials, credibility and...

When people say personal training is oversaturated

    IDEA QUESTION
It's a side project that I'm doing to learn more, but down the line I might use it as a tool to solve some problems for me and both the online and offline clients. But it's not the main idea of the big picture.

When people say personal training is oversaturated

    IDEA QUESTION
It could be, I still don't have hands on experience and maybe it's my ego talking, I wrote this post so i can borrow your eyes to see that. It's a field that I want to pursue, but turn it into an online business at one point. I am already building foundations and have an app that I'm making...

When people say personal training is oversaturated

    IDEA QUESTION
I love the approach and the analogy! It's true, there's A LOT of PTs. It's an easy barrier of entry field, but the learning curve is huge. I always imagine a pyramid where the bottom is filled with bad ones, and it gets thinner and thinner pretty quick. I guess i misuse the word oversaturated...

When people say personal training is oversaturated

    IDEA QUESTION
It's true, spotting a bad PT as a newcomer is definitely not easy, and they will leave a sour taste to the people who realize he's bad. But generally the bad ones don't last, only sad part is there's infinite supply of them and the sour taste stays. I like the approach for the name tip, there's...

When people say personal training is oversaturated

    IDEA QUESTION
Hey everyone, So I've been reading the book and got to the NECST concept, and there was a paragraph about personal training that really made me think, so i decided to hop on the forum and lurk a bit. A lot of doodoo has been thrown in the direction of PTs, so I felt that i needed to write about...
