Silicone Molds? Who to contact/get foot in door for creating samples
Hi @WHY, I was thinking of 3d printing as an alternative, but you already thought of that yourself, so I don't have any new ideas. Good luck with your project, though!- inab

Navy Intelligence Analyst and Business Marketer
INTROWelcome to the forum, and thank you for your service! Maybe your marketing degree can help you establish a business. You're burned out now, but there are probably things you will get from it that you aren't even aware of yet. I'm glad you like to fish since you are going to Hawaii. I like to...- inab

The Best Speech On The Scripted Mindset You've Never Heard...
NOTABLE! MINDSETExcellent speech, thanks, @PizzaOnTheRoof ! My takeaway points: 1. Risk aversion is the one thing that paralyzes people in the middle class. 2. Risky is the new safe. Safe is the new risky. 3. Give yourself permission to try and fail. 4. You are not separated from your goals by a number of...- inab

2020 Fastlane Summit, Ticket Information and Sales
MEETUPS@Primeperiwinkle, thanks for offering, but I don't think you'll have to worry because I have an alarm set on my phone so I can buy tickets. As soon as MJ announced the conference, I told my family that I was going to a business conference in February. I am arriving on Thursday (flight lands at...- inab

2020 Fastlane Summit, Ticket Information and Sales
MEETUPSThanks for putting the tickets on sale on Monday, MJ! I have a flight on hold, so it will make me less nervous to have a ticket. I'd hate to have to hover in the halls, trying to listen, while pretending I'm just some random hotel guest.- inab

My Sick and Depressed September - The Business System Paid Off
@TreyAllDay - I'm glad you are doing better, and that your business was automated to where you didn't get hurt financially. Including @UnrealCreative and @cy- 's examples are what I need to remind myself of - I tend to gravitate back toward everything depending on my efforts.- inab

In the rat race with an escape plan
INTROI am interested in RE also, and I'm about to become an agent so I can make money and spend my days learning about it so I can be a better investor, but I also am wanting to start a business that can give me passive income, because being a RE agent will still be tied to my time, but that's okay...- inab

Defining The Levels of Progression
HOT! MINDSET@Primeperiwinkle, how come that is a problem? Is the next city over too close for your industry? What if you considered scaling on a different level, such as online, instead of scaling to just the area you live in? Even if your business model involves your personal skill, if you have related...- inab

2020 Fastlane Summit at Talking Stick Resort... Event Info
MEETUPSAlso, for those of you who feel like you have not achieved enough to attend: Commit now, and challenge yourself to see how much you can achieve before the meetup. We have four months. That is a lot of time. Don't let it slip by without action, and if you achieve something before the conference...- inab

2020 Fastlane Summit at Talking Stick Resort... Event Info
MEETUPSWhew, I just caught up reading everyone's input. For those of you who aren't sure you can afford to attend, I have a few suggestions: 1. I have a vacation tin - rather than waste money on stuff, eating out for example, I take the same amount of money and put it in my vacation tin. 2. Maybe you...- inab

Ever wonder how people end up in dead end jobs at 40?
GOLD!We are going to try to start with a flip because I'm doing this with my 20-year-old son, but I will get something that I can hold and rent if a flip doesn't work. I'll start a progress thread when I get something.- inab

Introducing myself, a new member
INTROWelcome to the forum, @KenDM405 ! You don't have to spend a lot of money to travel. I'd travel, personally, because I love it. If you love it, then don't save it all for later, because there are lots of ways to make travel inexpensive. People can do some things when they are young that they...- inab

Hello Everyone!
INTROHi @ttonne, those books are great, aren't they? If you haven't read The Millionaire Fastlane, then I would read it next. It is different enough from Unscripted that I think you will enjoy them both. I did. Also, pay attention to the threads about other books. You can download sample chapters in...- inab

Ever wonder how people end up in dead end jobs at 40?
GOLD!@Vigilante, I was re-reading your OP for inspiration. I don't know how I missed this article the first time, but I literally burst out laughing. That's pretty much what I did in June. And this question is why I did it (quit my job). I thought, how can I be an example to my kids if I don't go...- inab
