    Blog Domains

    WEB/DIGITAL
Thanks to both of you...Rep +++ to each. Is Blogger more of a site for beginners, then? Also, is there a lot involved down the road if I decide to switch to wordpress or one like it? Thanks again... :thankyousign:

    Blog Domains

    WEB/DIGITAL
I want to start a blog, preferably for the least amount of money (none?) possible. It will be my first real venture into anything internet-based, so while success is my ultimate goal, the learning experience matters a lot too. When I go to blogger to set up my own blog it wants my domain to be...

    Hello from Western New York!

Just saw this thread...Great to have you here, Jess. I live in Williamsville, not more than just a hop-skip-and a jump away from you in West Seneca. If you include BFLBob and Wolfgang, that makes 4 people here that are very close geographically :hurray: Hope to see you keep posting.

    Some interesting blog

Since it appears the one-post wonder has left the building, I would like to hijack the thread and ask a question... I want to start a blog of my own, for the least amount of money (none?) possible. I saw that this guy had an actual domain name for his blog, www.f*#@easymoney.com through...

    Some interesting blog

Actually, I would argue the blogger lost most of his credibility the minute he chose the name of his blog. It screams of a 15 year old's handy work.

    SpyGate

    OFF-TOPIC
Am I the only one that is tired of the media screaming that we need to put to rest the fact that the New England Patriots have been cheating since 2000? I am about as big a football fan as you'll find, but this one needs to be resolved. And with a commissioner who admits he destroyed all the...

Question for MJ and Others w/ Google Ads

I can appreciate that. Wouldn't I be better off going with zero ads until I can drive up the traffic? PS: Thanks to both MJ and Carl

WOW - The Power of the Secret!!

    OFF-TOPIC
To the OP, while I personally do have some belief in the law of attraction, to bring it up on a forum like this is only going to spark debate and argument over whether it is "real" or not. Its almost like starting a thread about whether or not RichDad ever existed. Who cares? I have watched...

Question for MJ and Others w/ Google Ads

I am not a fan of Google Ads - I almost never click on them, and I feel they diminish a website's impact and overall worthiness. In fact, more often than not, when I do click on them, the sites they take me to are garbage. Just phishing for my contact information. So why bother with them? I...

    Dry Cleaning Business For Sale

    HOT!
There is a guy over at the RD forums under the name HCBailey (I think) who owns or co-owns with his a father a dry cleaning business. He has made several posts over the past few years about the business. I would check out those posts, and possibly send him a message if you desired. He's a...

Do you use dropshippers for your online business?

    WEB/DIGITAL
Did you sell that site to a Fastlane member? I swear I have been on that site before - but it would only have been from linking to it from either here or the RD forums (which I haven't been to in a while).

    Thoughts on my idea?

    IDEA
Is that for me? My idea is nothing like this one :) Although after reading it again, it does come off that way. :nonod: Mine has nothing to do with the day care side. More like the interaction between owners and their dogs. Funny, though...

    Thoughts on my idea?

    IDEA
It's funny that I came across this thread. My girlfriend wants to start a doggie daycare where we live. I'm all for it, and I am encouraging her to keep with it and start it up. But the Fastlane side of me has been asking, How Can We Make this Idea Fastlane? What Hasn't Been done, or...

    New Website: Pleben.com

    WEB/DIGITAL
Two things... 1. I don't see the connection between a MySpace type of website and a pay website whose biggest draw is the chance to win prizes. Its as if the two ideas are at the opposite ends of the internet. My opinion is that people who will pay $25 for the chance to win prizes are highly...

    New Website: Pleben.com

    WEB/DIGITAL
Do you think people in that demographic will be willing to pay a subsription fee just to be rid of the ads? I understand that your site will work with and donate to charity, as well as give away prizes, but even at the odds you quote that are better than winning Monopoly at McDonalds, its still...
