    GOLD! HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
Thanks, you can hear just how annoying and confusing this was for ground control here. That is about 2.5 seconds. Fir the real estate system, I'd say go headless with a database perhaps on Amazon or Google with a restful API. Consider publishing static page per listing and just alter the...

what tasks or activities do you do again and again, day in and day out, that you wish you didn't have to manually fiddle with?"

    HOT!
    1) Complaining, making excuses and having limiting beliefs apparently 2) Reading dry technical literature 3) Continually Asking questions 4) writing poor quality posts on forums (Or so I'm told) 5) Writing a stock trading algorithm that finds a unique edge and outperforms most professional...

Are you ignoring the gold right in front of you?

    HOT! MINDSET
Hey if it was easy, everyone would do it. I do things because they are hard., that is the E. I suspect so, the question is to whom should I be talking? What are your pains and budgets for solving them?

Are you ignoring the gold right in front of you?

    HOT! MINDSET
This is pretty hard to work out. Most people with no budget will happily tell me what they want/need but finding a need from people with a budget is like pulling hen's teeth. They shut down at/during the discussion of their need process, so how can you even determine if you can solve it and they...

How We Landed $100,000 in Business From a Cold Email

    EXECUTION
Thanks, I have yet to figure out what product or service I can offer. I thought about process automation, but stumbled on how it can be unique or better than someone offering a lower price, living in a low cost of living country.

2 founders are not always better than 1

Y-combinator argues for startups aiming to get VC investment to have two cofounders. How many people here do you think want VC investment? That is like comparing a tractor to Lamborghini, to try and decide which is the best motor vehicle.

It's not your client job to know the solutions to his problems

    MINDSET
He did ask what their problem was though (Horses were too slow and left solid mess on the road) nowadays we would probably call that idea extraction.

What would add $2077.50 (usd) in value to you?

    HOT!
So what do you think is worth 10k? This is about your own subjective valuation rather than market price.

Hypothesis on improving win/loss ratio while trading stocks. Thoughts!?

    INVESTING
Hell I spent a lot less than that. It was optimised to reduce risk/preserve capital and so headed for diversification, and less wins. It was only simulated with $100,000 but was a night trader rather than day and failed if monthly indicators were included.

what are your thoughts on GoFundMe?

Really? I thought that was the entire point of a donation, money freely given with no expectation of return? If you get something back in return, that counts as a business, so now taxes are involved. I always thought of gofundme as the charitable version of Kickstarter. Really? I will have to...

    HOT!
Read the Ikgagi thread before, will check the others out. Right now, I just need something I am good at that people will pay me money to do. As long as the money is enough, I can do the rest in my own time for charity. I applied to IBM and Remploy and some of the other Autism/ND friendly ones...
