    Make idea

    IDEA
Start by looking at the businesses around you that are already making money. Ask yourself, "Could I create this myself? Could I do a better job than they are doing? Why is their business model working? Why are people buying from them? What needs are they meeting? How much money would it have...

I'm korean and I read 'The millionaire Fastlane'

    INTRO
Ok, this is a good start. Is there anything you can offer to help to resolve one of these frustrations? No, you are actually thinking correctly. You are identifying needs. Keep doing this. Every entrepreneur will identify MANY needs. You will only ever act on a few of them. But keep training...

    Listening to ANY crazy advice

    MINDSET
With all due respect, is it possible that you're off track when looking for the thing that you're passionate about, the thing that will fulfill you, the thing that merges all the best qualities of the things you enjoy most? At 24, I also wanted something like this. I wanted something where work...

Where's the rep+ bank when we need it? This post needs to repped to pieces. Thank you for the amazing share. Serious gold here.

What's your number formula from TMF book?

    EXECUTION
Worth a bump. The poll in this thread was super instructive to me. I would have put my number at around $2M, but just seeing the poll results opened my eyes to how much bigger I could (and should) think. I could put all my work, hustle, effort, and thought into creating $2M for myself. But it...

I'm korean and I read 'The millionaire Fastlane'

    INTRO
I'm not sure if I understand your question. To elaborate on my point about selling, it takes almost the same amount of effort and skill to sell a high profit thing as it does to sell a low profit thing. I wouldn't necessarily limit yourself to online sales. Are there items you can sell in...

Test a market with Instagram posts/ads

    SIDE HUSTLE SOCIAL MEDIA
There are cheaper ways to validate demand. I probably wouldn't pay for Shopify right off the bat if all I was doing was market research. You could list it on places like Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, and Instagram leading to a free website with something like woocommerce installed. I would...

Hi Jimsol! Welcome to the forum! That's exciting that you see a new way to live already at your age. Rather than working for Samsung, it sounds like you have the vision to BE Samsung. In other words, create an equivalent company like Samsung. That's awesome! However, I wouldn't completely...

    MEETUPS
You should come! From what I hear, it won't be the same without you. I don't think you've entirely missed the chance to get a ticket... Does this link still work for you? https://eventsframe.com/e/r152JmAfK/the-2020-fastlane-summit/

2020 Fastlane Summit, Tickets Now On Sale! (SOLD OUT!)

    MEETUPS
Unless you're driving in, I would book your flights and your room from the 6-9th (so 3 nights). Since the event is all day on the 7-8, you'll put yourself at risk of missing some sessions if you fly in or out on the actual days of the Summit.

    Shark Tank Season 11

    HOT!
Interesting how fear makes people make dumb choices in business. Sounds like their business is crippled in various areas where it shouldn't be, based on the strength of the product. Alternatively, I wonder if the reason they can't share their recipe with anyone is some kind of sketchy business...

2020 Fastlane Summit at Talking Stick Resort... Event Info

    MEETUPS
Observation: I went through this thread and counted up the people who said they were coming. Then I built a spreadsheet and compared the list against the list of people who said they had tickets. (Note: I don't have the full list of who bought tickets, just the ones who said that they...

2020 Fastlane Summit, Tickets Now On Sale! (SOLD OUT!)

    MEETUPS
Let the melee begin! It's worth reiterating for everyone, since the insiders had a bit of trouble with this (despite MJ's screenshot) - You have to click on the blue link that says "Attendee" and fill out the fields that come up. Otherwise, your purchase will not work.

Sales page to warm audience has a 1% conversion... how can I improve?

    EXECUTION
There's a big benefit to selling a physical item like this, though, which shouldn't be overlooked: OP gets the physical address of his most committed buyers. This is the ultimate measure of control, as then he has the option to send them something in the mail. A list of the mailing...

Sales page to warm audience has a 1% conversion... how can I improve?

    EXECUTION
You know, that's a really good question. As a copywriter, I have the fundamental belief that better copy can make an offer convert better than it currently does. And the copy can ALWAYS be made better. It's a constant process of testing and refining. But that's a totally different question from...

Opinions for my new business idea. Tell me what you think.

    IDEA
You might want to check out the brand called Startup Vitamins as a fairly successful example of what you're trying to do. https://www.startupvitamins.com/ I had a boss who wore their shirts every day, sent employees their mugs as surprise gifts, and had various posters etc in his office. So...
