Great way to start outsourcing or to find freelancers that will work for you

    SIDE HUSTLE SOURCING
I understand, try to get someone to hire you and build confidence and so on,picking the most appropriated person. I honestly don't know. I guess people will more and more invest in portefolio projects in some skills so that might help solving the problem. But I need to admit I need to think...

Great way to start outsourcing or to find freelancers that will work for you

    SIDE HUSTLE SOURCING
Well, but what about freelancers changing their rates? Let's suppose you expose the cheapest ones,or even if you don't...they increase the rate anyway, then how much money do you really save? It isn't the expected - people have work consistently,so their rate goes up? It is what will happen in...

Great way to start outsourcing or to find freelancers that will work for you

Well, yes, but only if you have an youtube channel big enough to get most of that money back anyway, no? Just a thought, I'm no expert in this, not at all.

Does working Nightshift mess up your health?

    OFF-TOPIC
My mom does night shifts for almost a decade now, but there are a lot of labour rules. I guess if you do correctly, it can be healthy. One "correct scenario" would be like my moms' place of work, that works by rotative shifts: She only does that 4 months a year tops, and there needs to be some...

    How to respond to haters

    HOT! MINDSET
Girls just wanted to use me. I entered in too many relationships, too fast. Sooo, my therapist is also waiting... :playful: Okay, I guess I'll use this ludic moment to explore a little bit the topic of haters. I was also bullied when I was a kid. I was bullied for being too smart(primary...

    How to respond to haters

    HOT! MINDSET
You don't gain anything except more time and liberty from people who will not help you achieve anything. I don't need to compare myself to anyone because they're usually taking completely different routes and have completely different circumstances. If it's someone you work with or study with...

Any ideas for a Medicine student?

    HOT! IDEA
Yes. Go for it, then! Good luck. The community in the university can help a lot, that's true. They have the technical knowledge, so they're practical and know the limitations and what they're talking. It's not media-based for the entertainment or something like that, so you're on the good track...

I'm so dumb. GaryVee is saying for years now podcast is the future. I am just truly understanding why now.

"Yes, and yet I still don't need to joke with people around me to make myself a little happier". And then you block. It might be worth mention that I am a person who blocked a lot of my friends and who don't speak with many people nowadays, and who is okay with it. I have little patience even...

Any ideas for a Medicine student?

    HOT! IDEA
Interesting. Because Bio Hacking is a very interesting topic. But I guess to be really good you would need to have Electrotechnical engineers with some kind of knowledge of how to apply it to the medical industry and bioinformatics engineers (who can come from people who know...

Innovative Ideas for Social Media Content

    IDEA MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA
On Instagram you can search them by city, for example. If your business wants to target a middle-sized city, works very well. EDIT: nah, forget it. I need some sleep.

HELP needed ASAP! Business Started! Almost zero Customers! Time critical Where to Focus?

I was thinking in something that is probably very naive, but... we need people who like to gamble, and people who like quizzes (usually the second ones tend also to be smart and to be in some kind of engineering or IT stuff, or maybe medicine, because they're addicted to trivia questions - I am...

They're looking only to themselves? If Italy exits the EU, that's a completly different conversation. But let's wait for the money actually come in. Not because I think will be bought with money, but the opposite: people tend to be precipitated when they're angry or under stress.

Portuguese here. The vibe I'm feeling here where I live is: PT-ESP-ITA-GRE-FRA are "the real Europeans", or at least a different kind of Europe (also a bankrupted one lol). Germany has Merkel, who is a great European also. Most of the countries are just here breathing air. Then you have...
