    INTRO
Can you describe what a day looks like for you? What do you bill for and how? In my example it was skilled nusring homes so every patient in a room (some long term , some post stroke , some knee replacement rehab and so on) had a "provider" but it was actually more than one provider (doctors...

Physician looking to transition out of practice

    INTRO
Can you hire NP's or PA's / Physical therapsist and CPTA's to do the grunt work and just skim off the top? Short One Liner That Had A Strong Impact On You

    HOT! MINDSET
If I may take a bit longer than one line? A man said to the universe: “Sir, I exist!” “However,” replied the universe, “The fact has not created in me A sense of obligation.”

Idea born of frustration (the greatest inspiration)

    IDEA
So bit of a rant ahead : heres the tl;dr though : flipping / craiglist / garage sale style app but reviews of buyer and seller don't go live until both parties have left them and are then permanent / set in stone. Also you can leave a review on someone who just wastes your time going back and...

Help dealing with food industry employees

    PEOPLE RANT
Yeh absolutely, how hard is the job? , like some guy flipping burgers not showing up super psyched is reasonable but "having a job 101" should teach basic respect to the person who signs your paycheck, when the proletariat seize the means of production they can disrespect each other all they...

    Busy husband and father...

    INTRO
That chicken thing is bizarre enough to have traction. Could you package it sort of like a franchise? Get a book and a video series "how to" and sell access for whatever amount Pay some marketer to get the ball rolling and voila I feel like the yuppy crowd on reddit would eat that up , will...

How to break the cycle of "Hard times➡️Discipline➡️Good Times➡️Laziness➡️Hard Times"?

    HOT! MINDSET
If thats happening then that person didn't have any actual good habits to begin with, they were just relying on "white knuckling" through with willpower. The solution is daily habits some of which aren't even related to the end goal. Like, do you return the shopping cart to the little cart rack...

Except 300k student loan debt so thats 20k a year interest only So again , socking away money to reture early...doesnt make any sense because they just wasted all that time in college and then 10+ years of high stress and 60 hour weeks to sock away a rather measley nest egg Thats not freedom...

The best way to make f*ck you money, Entrepreneurship or High paying employment ?

    HOT! MINDSET
Except no doctor is going to school for 13 to 15 years to live like a gradschool kid for ten years to retire as middle class With that logic why not save on the schooling , become a nurse , work 80 hours week for 2 years and buy a house cash then 60 hour weeks for ten and retire on 30k a year...

    EXECUTION

Getting Started with dropshipping... again. =/

    EXECUTION
Well if you've already studied the product why not buy some wholesale? Surely it will be easier to offer "white glove service" when the first interaction with the customer isn't an angry return? I see the benefit in not holding inventory but in a world full of ups /usps storefronts and dozens...

    How I turned $20 into $8,500+ in 2 months

    WEB/DIGITAL
Never underestimate how lazy your competition is , storage auctions might be saturated but normal estate sales and public stuff? Everyone's bidding up junk online but no one shows up for a real auction, putting on pants is a huge barrier to entry for lots of folks

Decision time: Outsource Fulfillment or Keep in house

Back of the napkin whats the cost look like for 3rd party? You say you're just treading water as is but would it require a 3% price increase? 10%? That seems like the logical choice (third party , wether by increased price or cheaper sourcing) as it solves more than the immediate problem at...

Soft Proof - How could I disrupt this?

I like the idea of just setting up outside a local club with a clicker to see the foot traffic, door money is definitely going to be keystone for actually being profitable (the guy who made chipotle [a restaurant chain in the states] sat outside taco trucks doing this to get back of the napkin...
