Hi, welcome to the forum. My tip: Stop that plan and read the book. Then read the Gold threads, especially the ones about ecommerce :) The main sentence you will find is: "Dont search for a way to make big money, search for a way to help people or give value". But good luck :) Gesendet von...- Ika

Brush your teeth before you start a business!
MINDSETI have never thought about that point. It makes sense, once you have something up and running, once you have built business habits, it looks like you can forget other habits. But please dont miss eating!- Ika

Brush your teeth before you start a business!
MINDSETGreat points! Thank you for posting! I can definetly agree - when I start my day with a small task that give me the "pride of archieving something" like making my bed, make sport for a few seconds or define my goals for the day, I am continuing this throughout the whole day! I can recommend...- Ika

Am I a Jerk?
MINDSETMaybe, just maybe, they are afraid of loosing you after they are independent. After all, now you have a lot of contact and you are always there, but one they dont "need" you anymore you could be gone. If that is the case, it is mosf likely unconcious - so maybe talk with them that you will still...- Ika

3 days to start an online business? Surely impossible?
EXECUTIONI like your idea and your execution! Good looking website as well - I'm following your journey along! One question though: How do you want to prevent people to pay the trainers outside of your website? Once they meet they could agree to ditch your page and so the customer has a smaller price...- Ika

I've Read The Millionaire Fastlane!
GOLD! HOT!The best self improvement book I have read so far! Provided a lot of informations, other authors would have taken a single idea and wrote 200 pages of nonsense around it to see 10 books in the end - Thank you for doing it the way you did!- Ika

Jonathan's Fastlane Idea: 'Study Buddy'

Thank you for your answer! My initial plan was to start a clothing company (something I would enjoy) which is most likely going to fail without much revenue, simply to take action and learn business basics first hand. And then, during this time I hopefully find a real problem to solve. Or is...- Ika

Hey! I have read your signature: “I have found that searching for a problem with the intent of creating a business around it is kind of like looking for a girlfriend. It only seems to work out when you're not actually looking for one.” Do you have any tips on how to find it without looking for...- Ika

Afraid to fail but ready to grow - Hello from Germany
INTROBecause of this thread @Andy Black used to answer my question on 'gathering too much information while starting' I took a closer look at my idea. What is really important? Since I do not expect much money out of this, I don't need to care about this right now. What is more important is the...- Ika

You already know enough
MINDSETSo instead of educating myself through books all day it is better to use the knowledge from one book and educate myself through my actions and most likely my failures? That would mean one does not learn from failures from others without implementing the lessons learned into one's actions? Or am...- Ika
