    I think you can read it in his book. IIRC he started building a site and adding all limo companies he could find in the yellow pages. Then when he started getting traffic he could show the limo companies the value he added and start charging for it.

    I currently use 3D printing for small production runs and prototyping. It's great that you can just start them and walk away and the most complex geometries appear when you return.

    As for marketing, perhaps you could send it to the sellers as a way for them to improve sales by making the shipping bit easier. So more or less giving them a marketing tool.

I tried looking for a way to ship via surface transport but that was a huge challenge on it own. To much time involved researching a cheap shipping option versus buying the machine...
