    Yeah. He sells on volume. The problem here in Argentina is that its almost impossible to have competitive prices if you do the business legit. As the import taxes are too high. Everyone imports and sells "out of the books"

    I like that you changed your mindset. And you are probably steering into the right approach. But, there is really no set " to do list". Its easy to list but hard to do. You need to take action and not follow exact steps. There is no easy way, but hard work and persistance. Thats my opinion.
