What is the BEST "value" you ever paid for?

    NOTABLE! HOT! CHAT EXECUTION
I found this out quite by accident. I went to a workout sponsored by the local Lulumon. We were given a $78 Vent Tech t-shirt in one of 3 colors and split into teams. OMG, this shirt is amazing! I wish I could afford to buy these clothes for all my sports! Similar revelation as when I traded my...

Sold a small apartment and I am not sure what to do with it

You don't need a bank to borrow money. Look for someone ready to retire from a business or their real estate who needs cash. My grandfather never got much cash when he sold a house. He'd find some young couple just starting out and do a Land Contract with them. He was the note holder. He had a...

Most anything from Cape Hatteras to Key West is better than California's crazy laws and freezing surf. The water temp are much better along the Gulf Stream which makes for very mild winters. Figure out which area has the stuff you do like and move in. Get a beach from condo in the Carolinas for...

Did you watch the first episode of "The Mandalorian"? (DON'T ENTER OTHERWISE, SPOILER AHEAD)

    FUNNY
Released on Wednesday this week. Whoops, I'm a little late. Did not like the bronco busting bit in Ep. 1, but other than that it is pretty good. Now that the whole gang is assembled, I'm really enjoying it.

    12-17-2019 ProductHunt Upvotes, Anyone?

I can 'Hunt' anyone's product if they like. It may help get it further along. I'm a full member (def not a super member, but I can post.) I'm not sure what is needed to get out of the parked area. I did not know that happened. Not very active on there these days. For products already...

    This could change your life

    MINDSET
That hits where it counts! I do circle around a task quite a bit. A lot of that is fear. Although, when I am writing, the 'circling time' or 'doing anything except that one thing' helps me get my thoughts in order so I can crank out whatever it is I am writing. Thanks for the reminder.
