    @ hydemx Thanks a lot for your comment. Indeed, I was blindly doing whatever opportunity I felt was good to have a cash flow. After reading MJ De Marco's book there is a lot of change in my mindset, now I feel confident in achieving my dreams. I wish I had read all these books 10 years back...
