    From what I remember, I believe they lend up to 65% of the value of the asset but don't quote me on that. You will have to contact one and have a conversation.

    There's asset based lending where a bank or lender will lend money against whatever financial assets you have, i.e. bonds, stocks, etc. I went to grad school with a guy who started his own asset based lending company.
