Lex DeVille's: One Thread For All My Genius, Unhinged, Mostly Really Bad Ideas

Unleashing Creativity through Depletionism by Lex Deville
ASSERTIONYes, I'm planning to submit them on Catawiki individually so they can be auctioned. I set up a website for my artwork at ALDeVille.com. I'm not selling through the website; however, I post build photos for some of my creations there. Sometimes it's fun to see how the work progresses from...- Lex DeVille

Unleashing Creativity through Depletionism by Lex Deville
ASSERTIONTerminal Depletion Method - Cycle 001 - The Human Condition Creating using TDM was a fascinating experiment that really challenged my creative capacities for using Lego as a medium. I started with a randomized inventory of 3,500 pieces. It wasn't until the third work in the cycle that I really...- Lex DeVille

Unleashing Creativity through Depletionism by Lex Deville
ASSERTIONI'm curious to see how others might apply this to their own art. It developed out of what I'm doing with physical art, but the various methods of Depletionism can be applied in other art forms. For my first TDM Cycle, I started with 3,500 pieces and used 609 on the first work. So I have fewer...- Lex DeVille

Lex DeVille's: One Thread For All My Genius, Unhinged, Mostly Really Bad Ideas
GOLD! OFF-TOPICTDM Cycle 1 - The Human Condition This morning I completed the first work of Cycle 1 - The Human Condition. The piece is titled, "Fear" for simplicity. This is the first time Terminal Depletion Method has been applied under its name. Cycle 1 began with a randomized inventory of 3,500...- Lex DeVille
