I recently read Simon Sinek's book "Start with Why" and I can honestly say it's one of the best books I've ever read. Everything just instantly made sense while reading it. I'd love to start a thread to just discuss the ideas in the book and how it applies to The Fastlane life and any expansions...
I just watched this TED talk by Simon Sinek where he describes his golden circle which basically says that all sales and basically a business' purpose, should really start with one question. Why? What do you think about it?

People don't buy WHAT you do they buy WHY you do it.
I read the book. I must confess I believe this statement, but I'm not sure about little new businesses and I have little experience.
I'd be very curious what the more experienced entrepreneurs on here think about this.
