Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Once the exit is done and I really do not need to work anymore, I will go of course to a more sunny place like Monaco or southern France much more often. But right now it would only distract me from working.

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Interesting. Why exactly? Was it only after you moved to Arizona or also before?

How to determine if it’s worth continuing to develop my SaaS product?

    MARKETING
I really recommend the book and course of Rob Walling, the SaaS Playbook and the SaaS Launchpad. He taught me a lot about SaaS in general and is an expert there.

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
I think the disadvantages of living in a warm climate far outweigh the benefits. The biggest one of those: lack of focus. Just imagine: when you are going on holidays in Italy, Spain or anywhere in the Mediterranean or even in the American South like Florida or southern California – where are...

    Grüß Gott! (Greetings [Bavarian style])

I'll let you know when I am in the city again, would be happy to meet fellow fastlaners in real life again. I am currently building a analytics software competitor to Google Analytics.

Yes, I am from Südtirol. Love Austria and Bavaria in particular. I have a apartment in Munich and visit my cousins which are living there regularly. Are you trying to get from limited freedom to maximum freedom by building a fastlane?

Great idea. I'm from northern Italy, german mother tongue. What is your background? How did you discover the Millionaire Fastlane and what are your goals for the future?

14 year old starting learning skills or a yt channel

    IDEA SIDE HUSTLE SOCIAL MEDIA
Exactly. You do not even need any sales skills because especially older people know that it would be way too hard and exhausting for them to do it themselves and so they are happy that someone does it for them.

    IDEA SIDE HUSTLE SOCIAL MEDIA
Gold. It is pretty easy to make money as a teenager by doing jobs no one wants to do (in this case window cleaning) for good money on a large scale. Did that for old people in my neighborhood which had money but weren't able to clean their garden and got $100/client.

Thoughts on building a SaaS business through whitelabelling?

    SAAS / APPS QUESTION
How would that work? With some sort of provision which the reseller of the software would get if he makes a sale?

I believe in magic, and why you should too.

    GOLD! MINDSET
Great question, I think I was not very inspired lately. The main reason for this is that I was just to reactive instead of having the initiative in most life areas. I have to optimize that by giving more active pauses between work blocks to think. In those moments, some of the greatest value...

Ask Me Anything About SaaS ( I'm building my 7th )

    GOLD! HOT! SAAS / APPS
Hi @eliquid , @gilli and me founded a Analytics SaaS and are currently building the dashboard etc, do you recommend using css frameworks like tailwind? Because a major problem with building the frontend is "doing things yourself", because building all the css and especially logic components from...

    Building analytics software: Progress Thread

    SAAS / APPS EXECUTION
Week 6: We completed the tracker and decided to make the node.js backend with the database work to know if it works before we would spend to much time on the frontend while nothing works on the server. We want to keep it very small so we can build it faster. The same thing for the database...

    Building analytics software: Progress Thread

    SAAS / APPS EXECUTION
Yeah, AI itself isn‘t the USP, you are absolutely right. Therefore, the analytics software should / must be more than a analytics tool. Tellius is a good example for what we are planning to do. Of course you see all the CURRENT data and what numbers your site got, but does it also show, WHY...

    Building analytics software: Progress Thread

    SAAS / APPS EXECUTION
Week 5: The feedback of @Tau Ceti was extremely valuable for us, especially this simple question: and his suggestions to check out plausible, fathom and beam analytics. We spent the whole last week on reading the blog posts of plausible and fathom and are now on a much better way to have USPs...

    Building analytics software: Progress Thread

    SAAS / APPS EXECUTION
We'll check it out, thank you. Regarding on-premise solutions, we won't offer such a model, we will offer it as a web application with a monthly or annual subscription cost.

    Building analytics software: Progress Thread

    SAAS / APPS EXECUTION
Thank you very much! Plausible is great, @gilli and I are working just now on their value skews and blogs. Our main USP would be the AI Integration in a similar way as Tellius is doing it. A dashboard with good data is fine, but for data-driven decisions numbers are just not enough right? There...
