HOT! HEALTHNot sure tbh, never used a HR monitor as I was already fine going with my perceived effort and HR shown on the watch (although less accurate) when I learnt about them. HOT! HEALTHNo it isn't. Mine is complete crap atm as I know from my Garmin watch numbers and experience, but my WHOOP shows 56, which is around what my max was when I was running a lot.
