    Starting a wishlist website/app?

    SIDE HUSTLE
i've just looked it up and no, I don't think it can compare. The goal isn't to just save URLs but to literally pin stuff only that you can buy, and being able to share that with others. It's kind of like a Pinterest registry except you don't have to browse endlessly.

    Starting a wishlist website/app?

    SIDE HUSTLE
That's a valid point. It needs to be easy like dragging and dropping, and literally the opposite of complex (like copy pasting URLs and such). My idea was to just have this Registry of things you want/like/need everywhere with you, kinda like on Amazon except you have to buy from Amazon...

Yes I've heard of Bubble! I heard they also have Bubble Coaches to help you design your website but idk if that's worth it. The milirose website looks super easy for sure. i don't think they've used any CMS though. Thanks, I'll have a look at Bubble :smile2:

    Starting a wishlist website/app?

    SIDE HUSTLE
Yes, maybe it makes sense to make a landing page first and see the engagement. I've always been scared to do this — and I think even MJ talks about this in one of the books — coming forward with an unfinished product and building it as it goes. It sounds weird to possibly gain publicity for...

    Starting a wishlist website/app?

    SIDE HUSTLE
Thank you for the feedback. those are valid points except that like I said, I was hoping to start this merely as a side hustle, since I'm still working at the moment. So I wanted to do everything myself, from marketing to development. Do you think it's possible to develop something like this...

Oh thanks, I did not pay attention ... That's super smart, much better than a website filled with ads.

    Starting a wishlist website/app?

    SIDE HUSTLE
Hi, I'd like to start a wishlist website or application. I make lists all the time and as a good capitalist, have a huge list of things I want to buy which grows everyday, from browsing TikTok and Instagram (actually sounds kinda sad being said like this). Anyways. I haven't been able to find...

How to focus to ONE project and stick to it?

    MINDSET
Thank you for this, that really really helped. I can already narrow some projects and hopefully, I'll manage to stick to one.

@SEOguy Okay but according to what criteria? The reason why I can't pick is because they're all equally good to me.

How to focus to ONE project and stick to it?

    MINDSET
Hi Fastlaners! I have many projects I want to implement ever since I read the Millionnaire Fastlane. I have a lot of ideas and concepts which I believe have huge potential. Yet I have not done anything so far, because I can't pick a project to focus on! Basically : - I pick a project - I...

How did Spanx become profitable despite China?!

Great insight, thank you! Yes it's true, user experience matters a lot. I also think it was a smart move to sell the products in stores and through retailers first. Her website only launched in 2017! Before that, it was mostly sold through stores and thanks to word to mouth. I think this has...

How did Spanx become profitable despite China?!

Yes you are absolutely right. Her branding definitely bonds with women. Just visiting her website makes you want to buy stuff ahah.

How did Spanx become profitable despite China?!

Thanks for your reply and for that link, I'll sure give it a listen! I think what she did is remarkable. It's clear she worked her a** off and it paid off. But still, I wonder if caring about your customers and bringing a personal touch to your product is enough in today's international...

How did Spanx become profitable despite China?!

Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well. So i have a question. I assume you all heard about Sara Blakely's notoriously famous fastlane business called SPANX. She cut the feet out of a pantyhose and basically came out with the idea of leggings. Back then in the early 2000s, this was...

    Regulatory compliance software-Too late?

Thank you for your input, it's helping me a lot. It's what I was planning on doing, really. I was really planning to start from scratch so I can have something that looks nothing like their software. There are 28 countries in the European Union so that could potentially be a pretty big market...

    Regulatory compliance software-Too late?

Yes that's exactly what happened, really. The thing, also with this competitor software we're using at work, is that they don't just do GDPR compliance. They also do other kinds of privacy regulations all over the world (like HIPAA in the US, Japan, etc) while I would be only focusing on GDPR...

    Regulatory compliance software-Too late?

Hello everyone. I'm a privacy professional and my current occupation is to make sure my company complies with GDPR (new European Union regulation about privacy). FYI, I'm European and this regulation only applies to EU companies. Hopefully you guys overseas can still give me your business...
