    Is Anyone Else Intermittent Fasting?

    NOTABLE! 
    The longest fast I've done was 5 days. Had no idea about fasting salts. I'll definitely have to get some next time. I still felt pretty good though. At a certain point, the hunger plateaus and even decreases for most of the day.
