Definitely agree with you. Snap-on does rip us off with their over-priced tools, yet we pay for them because of the convenience that snap-on offers. I would say the advantage of being in the dealer is the 'up-to-date' training we receive. Also, electric cars are taking over and i'd say...- d_hafa
