How to introduce lower pricing for a recurring service

    MARKETING QUESTION
I’m here with @Andy Black Are you sure your customers know about the price differences and if so, even care? Did your customers tell you that your competitor is cheaper or did you notice yourself?

SaaS for doctors: There's need, why aren't competitor products being used yet?

    SAAS / APPS
You simply get a notification if the doctor's ready. If your appointment is delayed, you'll get a notification before driving to the doctor and waiting there. Don't you think, that's a major advantage?

SaaS for doctors: There's need, why aren't competitor products being used yet?

    SAAS / APPS
I'm certainly not omniscient. And I'm not certain there's a high need. However, as mentioned, there are similar solutions that I find badly executed. Those solutions cost ~300€/mo/doctor. I've started this thread exactly for input like this. Thank you.

    MJ DeMarco and Real estate?

Well, "real estate" is just as little fastlane as "software". It depends on your specific execution. Just buying houses on the banks money? What's your exact plan to make money with it? Speculate that the prices go up over time? Are you credible enough that banks would give you a lot of money...

SaaS for doctors: There's need, why aren't competitor products being used yet?

    SAAS / APPS
@Kid: Thanks for your feedback! I hate spending hours in the waiting room. I know many people that do too. Do you really view that differently? True. There is a change. I am confident though that I can make it so easy for them that they won't even need a real introduction by my company. The...

SaaS for doctors: There's need, why aren't competitor products being used yet?

    SAAS / APPS
Hi there, I'm currently working on a SaaS solution for doctors and medical practices to automate calendar scheduling. Here's how it works: Doctors enter a list of services that they offer into my software. They provide a short description and the time they expect it to take them. Doctors offer...

Is there a market for inventing languages?

@thewalkingtemple I find this a funny idea and could imagine that some people would pay for something like this if advertised very good. I honestly wouldn’t. @404profound SHA is, as the name says a hashing algorithm not an encryption algorithm. I you were to encrypt data to be stored in the...

I want to leave my home town and go somewhere productive. Where should I go?

    PEOPLE
No, I agree. My current business is not really dependent on my geographical location. Zürich is nice, but I guess I'll have to earn a lot more than here to live the same standard of living as I currently do.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I thought about moving to Switzerland as well. Your tax point is valid, it's a huge difference. Germans don't f***ing get it :D

Haha, wow! I actually listened to the whole episode. Your podcast seems to be a lot like Peter Schiff's. Very nice!

Multiple Addictions to Success.. Is this Possible??

    EXECUTION
Quit the bullshit, stop the porn, remove all accounts from Instagram etc. Try to target customers from Australia, Europe or North America. They will pay much more as your Indian fellows for the same work. Be sure though to deliver honest and good work. Honesty is everything. I've been to India...

I want to leave my home town and go somewhere productive. Where should I go?

    PEOPLE
Thanks a lot for your insights! I understand that one can be successful even with no people around, especially in the remote IT world. After hearing Peter Schiff talk about his leave from mainland U.S. I've also become quite fond of Puerto Rico. But it's propably also not that easy to get a...

I want to leave my home town and go somewhere productive. Where should I go?

    PEOPLE
Hi everyone, I'm at a point in life where I feel that I need to go. I am living in a small town in southern Germany and I hate how less people with a similar mindset of me live here. Assuming I'd have no restrictions regarding visa etc. where would you go? I am quite skilled and very motivated...

Is This Course Worth It? ... Find Out How To Mathemtically Know It INSIDE!

    HOT!
@Black_Dragon43 The problem with your system is that it depends solely on two variables that you can only guess. Humans are not good at guessing. Those two variables are: x = Added value by the course y= Chance of achievement of x There is NO mathematical way of solving the equation. All you...

Which percentage should I pay sales agents?

    MARKETING
Thanks a lot for your replies. I might have expressed myself wrong here: Those salespeople are not employees of mine. They are freelancers and might even have other projects they're working on. Doesn't this change the situation a bit?

Which percentage should I pay sales agents?

    MARKETING
Hi! I developed a SaaS product that I'm launching now. One sold account results in an average revenue of 3000$ per year. My product only applies to a nieche market of approx 15000 businesses. This is why it is very hard reaching them and I'd like selling only via sales agents visiting those...

How to deal with non-contributing business partner?

    PEOPLE
Thank you for your input. I will try improving our communication. I actually also feel like that's the problem. I'll also have a look at asana. We currently do not have an equity vesting schedule, I'll have a look at that too. He currently does not. I do though. I am putting in around 110+...

How to deal with non-contributing business partner?

    PEOPLE
I am having a real problem right now. My business partner and I are developing a SaaS product. We do not have customers yet. Though, our actual product is almost finished, we have approximately 85% of the functionality implemented. With my work ethics, I am confident we could finish by Oktober...

Should billionaires be taxed out of existence?

    OFF-TOPIC TAXES | REGS
Well, I have to be honest: I am not sure what's the best here. Propably something inbetween the two extremes. Just as an example: Health care in Germany is mandatory. Not being in possession of a health insurance plan is a felony. The result is that health care is cheap as f**k. You'll pay...
