INTROThank you for the clarification and I understand what you mean with the bigger barriers. I'm not disqualifying my idea about the cafe/restaurant. INTROI think this article is a bit over the top, but I agree that the quality of bars and restaurants could use some improvement. Especially the service and attention in restaurants can be improved. Most of the time the staff exists of young people without a training in hospitality or experience...- Ziggy
