Does anyone know of an alternative weighted decision matrix site you'd suggest using?

I remember using @MJ DeMarco's "Help my Decision" site a few years ago for some quick web-based decision assistance, and was curious if there was another site y'all would suggest to accomplish the same thing! I've been using Excel since, but it's a little harder to accomplish on mobile.

    GOLD! HOT!
Honoured to be the first review on Audible. I didn't think it was possible to top TMF. But @MJ DeMarco, you did it.

Holy shit you weren’t kidding. I'm making a comfortable salary, living with my parents in the comfortable suburbs, and padding a very comfortable savings account. I'm moving to a brand new city in a tiny apartment next month. Gonna force myself out of this safety net and trigger my own FTE.

Can't wait to read the book. Do you speak about how one might trigger a FTE? Also, who's narrating it?

Hey!! Just downloaded the sample this afternoon. I'll check it out! EDIT: "Another fact: Most people will never escape mediocrity and its economic cult unless it triggers an FTE or a “F*ck this event.” A “F*ck this event” is a traumatic incident that takes you over the edge." You weren't kidding.

I stumbled upon TMF back in the summer of 2011 when I was sixteen years old. Image attached. In the past ten years I graduated with a marketing degree from a college here in Canada, and ended up as a growth marketer for Canada's biggest tech company. I love my job. I spend my 9-5 working...

I've built a tech affiliate site with 150k Pageviews and 50k Users. How to I better monetize it?

Control is key- you're absolutely right. I guess this is a prime example of how missing an element of CENTS can severely hinder your business. I've got a few ideas cooking to help build out my following, and offer users additional value. I've got a small network of affiliate sites slowly...

I've built a tech affiliate site with 150k Pageviews and 50k Users. How to I better monetize it?

Hey guys! I've got one semester left until graduation, and I've got a problem. The Numbers My affiliate site Tech Under 10 has been doing well the past few months. A combination of high sharability (thanks to the nature of the site,) and great SEO ranking have provided me a constant source of...

    PEOPLE
My meeting with her is scheduled for friday morning. I'm gonna let her know that my time isn't free, and stick to my guns. I know it's only $15, but if I let her off the hook now, she'll expect that forever.

I need some advice on dealing with a tough client

    PEOPLE
Hey guys, I'm a college senior, and have been running a web design business for a few years. An client of mine recently shot me an email asking for changes to be made to her site. It was a pretty simple copy/paste job, and took about 40 minutes. My hourly rate is $30, and that's stated in...

    Reading is slowlane

    HOT! MINDSET SLOWLANE
I don't think everything you do needs to be "fastlane" per se. Reading is one of those things that I do during my downtime that either makes me happy, or helps improve my productivity in the future. While I agree with you that far too many people consume books and never act, I wouldn't call...

Hey man, We're the same age, and your post resonated with me a ton. I'm from Toronto, and went to college for marketing right out of highschool. I've completed my college diploma, and set to graduate with a business degree in December. In the past year I've started and failed at more...

Andrew, I never meant for this thread to spiral out of control, and I'm definitely to blame for some of that. We've both said some things we may come to regret, and arguments are definitely not what this forum was made for. For that, I'm sorry. Best of luck to you and your business in the...

Respectfully, I've gotta disagree with you there. This is a forum at the end of the day, meant for sharing opinions, no matter what they may be. Regardless of how much OP has paid for this post, it shouldn't be enough to silence the opinions of those who disagree. Just my two cents. EDIT...
