    Definitely do your testing every single time. For me, it depends and what industry my clients are in, and what their target market is, that's where I'll put their ads. Mobile generally kills it over desktop for service-related industries.

    Trim your survey down to 5 key questions. Go buy a couple of Amazon giftcards, create a contest where all you have to do to enter to win is fill out your *short* survey. People will give you time and emails.
