    This is what I do -Use Feedly to gather a list of industry influencers and then try to read their stuff daily/often -Courses (Udemy, Skillshare) Most importantly, learn by doing. I've learned a lot more by doing rather than just reading all day.

    Not from U.S. but...I have a green smoothie almost every morning. Here's what I add in: -Spinach -Half Avocado -Banana -Apple -Kiwi -Coconut Oil -Chia Seeds Really good stuff. I'm also thinking of starting juicing as well, but this might be overkill if I already get a smoothie daily.
