Bad memories holding you back? Here’s a method that kills years of trauma in a couple days or less

    MINDSET
Noted on the NLP and seeking professional help. I'm chillin now but something ducked me up emotionally some years back. I was pretty young at the time (and it was kind of a big coincidence of a bunch of bad things hitting me at once), but if I slip again I'll keep that in mind.

Bad memories holding you back? Here’s a method that kills years of trauma in a couple days or less

My pleasure. I don't post here often but this technique looked really helpful. Interesting. Seems useful for when something happens that really boinks you emotionally. I'll keep that in mind. Agreed. Meditation has always done wonders whenever I used it. Something I've realized recently is...

Bad memories holding you back? Here’s a method that kills years of trauma in a couple days or less

    MINDSET
Your bad memories don't have to control you. Here's how to fight them. I was snooping around on an online forum and discovered a piece of gold. A simple explanation on how memories work… plus an even simpler strategy to “remap” negative emotions from a memory (which means that the bad memory...

How to Have EFFORTLESS Motivation to Eat Healthy

    HEALTH
Dawg... say less. I actually had another guide I made-- here. "Basic Food Knowledge to Keep You Healthy Forever" >:^) But this second guide is less concise, and I'm not super happy with it. Here is the wrap up of it tho: edit: I didn't talk about micronutrients in the guide. I misread your...

How to Have EFFORTLESS Motivation to Eat Healthy

    HEALTH
True. Dieting is highly contextual. That's why I think telling someone "you need to eat healthier!/stop eating those unhealthy foods!" isn't really useful. Potato chips can be considered unhealthy, but what if you have eaten 0 sodium that day and haven't eaten many carbs/fat? Now those potato...

How to Have EFFORTLESS Motivation to Eat Healthy

    HEALTH
Sheesh dude, you're jacked! The last (and first) time I went to the gym was last summer, with a friend who was also pretty tall and had been training for a few years by then. That's when I learned a lot of those details of working out... stuff like time under pressure, taking fish oil, how to...

How to Have EFFORTLESS Motivation to Eat Healthy

    HEALTH
Interesting... I never viewed it like that. I just viewed dieting as useful for energy levels and such. But you're right, it does build a good work ethic in general-- which can then be transferred to business. What other parallels do you see between being healthy and being successful in business?

How to Have EFFORTLESS Motivation to Eat Healthy

    HEALTH
Hey ya'll, I wanted to make this post because I see people I know all the time have suboptimal mindsets for eating healthy/exercise/whatever. I see them trying to do stuff like going on walks and keto and other "quick fix" type of things... That stuff isn't bad, and I'm sure it does make them...

Crazy art man wants to become millionaire, will he??

    INTRO
Lol can you blame me for the impression this was a "let's make money" forum? One of the books is called "Millionaire" Fastlane... though I guess that was just good copywriting to pull in a larger audience. On having a problem to solve, the only thing I can think of is some kind of system to...

Crazy art man wants to become millionaire, will he??

    INTRO
Thank you for the input. Reading the advice on this forum really makes it clear-- it's all about value and helping others. When I first started learning copywriting I tried to reframe it like that... "I COULD use copywriting to just maximize profits. Or... it could be a tool that helps get...

Crazy art man wants to become millionaire, will he??

    INTRO
Hey everybody, I'm a 20 year old guy who is about to finish up community college in a couple months, and then skip university... but there is one issue... My plan for the past 7 months has been to learn copywriting and freelance... so I have been following Gary Halbert's "hands on experience"...
