    Do you rent or own?

    OFF-TOPIC
Thats one of those things you could say about a lot of things. Its not really a reality thats going to happen. You aren't going to stop paying property taxes. Especially in this topic where we are comparing renting to buying. If a person couldnt pay property tax they surely cant pay rent...

    Do you rent or own?

    OFF-TOPIC
I dont believe everyone looks at where they live as a "by the numbers" thing. I have not and will never rent. Just cant do it. My personality wont allow it. I can not have a person have control over my residence. And just because you may have had great landlords, does not make that the...

    Veganism / Plant-Based Diet

    HEALTH
Just dont eat like a moron I say. I think eating a ton of meat can be harmful to you long term. But you are going to be fine if you eat like a normal person. The real problem with our diet is people not eating enough whole foods. When we are eating meats its not quality meat. Too much...

    No Need For Blockbuster

Such a good point. And a problem I had too. Thinking, well this idea is no good because I dont see how it can be the next 1 billion dollar idea. Even just watching things like Shark Tank or Dragons Den. You see things that you would never ever think were a big enough market to make great...

7 Things to Do if You Don’t Want to Be a Millionaire

    GOLD! MINDSET
I love a good series or a good movie. Would never give that up. And I dont believe its any hindrance unless you let it be. Sit and binge watch an entire series on Netflix? Yea, not a good thing. Watch an episode while taking some downtime or eating, why not? Its about self control...

Debating whether or not to dabble Draftkings/Fanduel Daily Fantasy Sports?

    OFF-TOPIC
Its legal in most states. For now they are getting by because its deemed a game of skill and not a game of chance. But now they have the attention of the government.

Standing Still As Life Passes By

    HOT!
Great posts like this seem to often bring out a few people that really hate where they are in life at the moment and choose to take it out on the OP in odd ways. Really missing the point.

Americans...Do You Feel You're In Danger???

    OFF-TOPIC
I have a relative thats going pretty nuts over this and stockpiling food. Are you referring to market things, or religious things? I know some of the religious folks are predicting end times. But that happens every year.

    Recommendations for Ecommerce Website Creation

    WEB/DIGITAL
Wordpress with WooCommerce. Never get why people think it cant handle volume. Sure, when you reach massive volume you can start thinking about something else. But by then you would likely have a custom solution anyway. Maybe you just have a host problem.

Just got married... Now I feel restricted and powerless

    MINDSET RANT
Sounds like yet another person that jumped into marriage just because "thats what you do". Maybe should have thought about it a little bit. Bringing a kid into the world and getting married when you cant support either isnt a very good decision. This right here is why divorce happens so...

    Do you rent or own?

    OFF-TOPIC
To me not every move made in life has to be about making the best possible investment. Its gotta be about happiness too right? Otherwise WTF is any of this for? Im more then willing to take a possibly worse investment in order to not rent. But lets not act like its impossible to get a...

    Do you rent or own?

I understand the pros to renting houses. But just dont have the personality to live in someone elses house and not be able to do with it as I please when I please without the overlords approval.
