MINDSET QUESTIONWhat do you do in those 24 hours of business? If you did that only 5 days a week, that is almost 5 hours a day. What exactly do you do for 5 hours each day? Would you log the business work you do in the next day in 30 minute increments and post it here?- biophase

HOT! CHATI think one of the main differences is that you’re much younger than me. As we get older we lose muscle mass way faster. I turned 50 last year, and I’ve just started to feel like I lose strength very fast now. I read that older people lose muscle mass 3x compared to when you are younger.- biophase

HOT! CHATI highly doubt you can assign the contract. Have never seen a builder that allows that. I know what you mean. My new home I have $500k tied up in. The scary thing is if you can’t get the loan when the home is done you default and they keep your $500k. I can’t imagine how it’s going for people...- biophase
