Why you should buy a home as early as possible.

    GOLD! HOT! ASSERTION
Yeah it is tough in California. That's how I ended up in Phoenix. When I moved to Orange County in 2004 the prices were already high. Rent wasn't that bad if I remember correctly. I was looking for real estate investments and couldn't find anything even close to cashflowing. But in...

It's not dreaming big but settle for less. It's about protecting your downside. Businesses come and go. Their success may last 5, 10 or 20 years. You just don't know. I have many friends that did very well in the past 10 years that are now complaining that housing prices are too high. My...

Why you should buy a home as early as possible.

Yes this may happen. I bought a place in Chicago in 2005 and sold it for $20,000 cheaper than what I paid for it in 2022. Not all real estate goes up. This is a choice that many people make. And then in their 30s and 40s they cannot afford to purchase anything and they do not have any savings...

What city are you in? If you are making six figures that comes out to 50% of your income. $8333 a month income and $4000 expenses. It’s pretty close to the 33% threshold lenders want. Can you find something a little further out? What is the rent rate compared to the housing prices? My...

Why you should buy a home as early as possible.

You can still find a way. Everyone always thinks that they are too late. If you are making six figures, you should be able to get something. I bought my first home for $230k on a $65k salary at 8.25% interest. It was a 1.5 hour commute from my work. It wasn't a great home. It had shag carpet...

I know that this may be a controversial topic, but I want to give you a few examples of people that I know that are slowlaners but are actually doing very well vs. some aspiring "fastlaners" that aren't anywhere in the same position. This topic came to mind when another friend was shocked when...

I took a survey about water conservation in Scottsdale. It was 4 questions but before I submit it requires an account. Lol WTF? They value our privacy however, we need to sign in with Google or Facebook to submit our answers. Yeah I’m sure I’ll remain anonymous. So I actually proceeded and...

He had very good responses to any objections. Like when he talked about knowing the models of the homes in the neighborhood. You can see how he can close a bunch of houses in a day.

This is why their are so many senior dogs at the shelters. People do not want to have a dog for 1-3 years because of this. They would rather get a puppy. However, I'd rather get a senior dog and provide it its best life in its remaining years. I can deal with the grief knowing that its had the...

Was thinking you could pick up a heart rate monitor so you track your heart rate is at during these 30 minute walks. It would be good data for you to know when your walk is getting too easy.

Starvation is probably too strong of a word. It's more like burn more calories than you take in so your body uses its stored calories to provide you with energy. Personally I don't think your body is thinking, man I used up that extra fat in my belly today, so I better eat more to refatten it...

Did you really provide them value? If you did, they would still be hiring you. Businesses will pay for things that bring value to them. Because they are doing something different than the ones that fail. I don't know how you can't see that. We both sell the exact same thing. But our...
