    SAAS / APPS WEB/DIGITAL
Your YES/No breakdown should be stickied as gold. Great post. The most crazy pro is that - there isn't a solid con. About the only thing I can think that is bad is sometimes I find myself dipping into the tactical side of business than staying strategical during growth mode after gained...

Job security is BS just learned it the hard way

    MINDSET
You got the important milestone - from internship to actual paid position. So now you can actually get paid what that position dictates elsewhere. Its like when you want to be a bartender, but they make you be a cook/server/etc first. A lot of people don't get to the bartender part and waste...

So you guys say there should be a free book, sent to the people's emails after they sign up - so, hence, not listed on Amazon? I don't like that too much, as more visibility is more visibility, and my gut tells me you can get away with a free book across the channels and still send that same...

How many action fakes can the fastlane come up with??

    GOLD! HOT! CHAT
Mine are slightly different angle, all heard from startup friends: "I'm trying to take over the world." "See those girls!? Screw them. When I have my megamillion yacht I'll have 20 of those!" "We're on the verge, just looking for more investment!" (5 years now) Personal: "I worked too...

This is a really, really good podcast episode when it starts hitting AI and virtual reality. Kevin projects any job where you need to be 'efficient' will soon be gone to AI, who will do it with the power of 100 brains. So the creatives will actually be better off, that English degree might be...

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Eh, I think people are taking it a bit personally and biased, who wants to admit living in the sun isn't all that? MTF, I lived in cold weather for most of my life. Then I went to Florida for a year. Then I went back to Minnesota, and I remember how cold it was. So cold that everytime people...

HM WARD was asked this, and she replied ' guys, the party is STILL going'. I haven't been active over the last 6 months but I'd agree. For fiction nothing is stopping you from putting out 3 books, getting a maillist up, spending some money on a cover and ads. What do you want to hear, that you...

Freedom as an entrepreneur (Amusing PM w/Freelancer)

    MINDSET
Ive had one of those recently, I rode on a bicycle to a coastal town in Spain a couple of weeks ago, it was around 11am, but sun was just starting to peak through the clouds. Shopkeepers came outside and were writing up menus and arranging the stock. The sea ahead in the distance, then...
